Any way for some people is very easy to Just walk away from their homes that they owned for years But some other people is very hard, because they have emotional ties to their homes. Before you Try to Modify your Mortgage with your Lender make sure that you, check your local agencys for help and make sure that they are equipped with Knowledgeable personell. Some of this Lenders will sit on the paperwork and you think that they are working on your loan modification, and 6 months down the line you find yourself on the streets, because they havent done nothing. s guerrero
